USB Debugging doesnt appear

The USB debugging mode doesnt appear, and yes i have it checked on my phone. It has worked before, but it doesnt appear anymore. I even switched my USB cable to see if that was the problem. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I plugged it into a Mac running 10.6.7 and a PC running Windows 7. The phone is a purple LG Optimistic S, running the VD OTA update. The box never pops up anymore to ask me whether to enable Mass Storage mode. The phone charges from the computer.adb says there is no device connected. I really don't want to go through the factory rest hassle... Anyone got any ideas?

Same thing happens to me. I don't get the notification anymore asking me whether to enable Mass Storage mode. I think if I wiped the phone and started over, it'd start working again.

I've never gotten that after installing drivers. Uninstall and reinstall?

I had this problem also. I think I fixed it by shutting the phone off and removing the battery.

Mine does the samething I get the mass storage icon just not the debugging one, the phone dies know its on though because titanium uses it.
