Nextbook 7 and Lollipop

Does anyone know how I might put Lollipop on my NextBook 7? I like the price point and the specks....$60 not bad. I am happy with KitKat, but would love to see new features from Lollipop on my NextBook 7. I would root or do what works to get it.

Welcome to Android Central! You'd have to root it (How to root nextbook 7 | Android Development and Hacking | XDA Forums) and then find a custom Lollipop ROM designed for that device. I couldn't find any with a cursory Google search.

To be honest, I think you'd be better off with a device from a better-known manufacturer, like Acer, Asus, Lenovo, LG, Samsung, or Toshiba. You can find some decent Acer and Asus tablets for $80-90 (usually refurbished). They'll probably be much more reliable than a brand new Nextbook.
