I have somehow got my sims card Locke

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have the same phone as the OP, or something different? Is this your SIM card, or are you borrowing someone else's? Have you spoken to your carrier about this issue?

i cant use my data. i can go online only if connected to WIFI and my plan includes data, i can recieve email, but cant send it,, i was able to install and update apps, but no longer can, when i click install at the play store, it just sits at please wait , picture messaging is also part of my plan, but i cant send picture text's'.i get the error message "cant send, will send when connected to server", then the text with the attachment just sits at "sending" until i delete it. i have the zte 826 . i've gone through all the settings and just cannot figure this out. s0 i've been paying fr services i am unable to use. culd this be a something my phone provider has to set? i tend t think all these issues are connected....any ideas? thanks!!!
