Zte zmax pro glitch

I recently bought my zte zmax pro not even a week ago and it started glitching there's been multi colors scribbling up and down. Is there anything I could do about it.

I had this when Facebook messenger draws over games. I removed messenger s permission to draw over other apps, which fixed it.

Same. on b14 and now the multi touch compatible phone is not even respond to my touches and gestures this is a big no no

Took it back for a replacement and encountered the same problem

Yes mine does too. Could this be software or hardware related if more than just a few people are experiencing the same problem
