Hello I don't own a droid razr but I have a friend who has one stuck in a bootloop. She's on stock not sure what android version she didn't know it wasn't rooted and didn't have a custom recovery we got it into the bootloader (I think) I neeed to know if she can get her phone back without losing any of her data I'm pretty good with android I just don't have another razr to play with or I wouldn't need any help whatsoever can anyone help?
EDIT: Just to clear this up what I'm trying to reflash stock (the latest stock rom) and I want to know if I'll need to/can flash a custom recovery without being able to use the device's os to flash stock, thanks : )
