Ace 2 (GT-I8160) Update help

Hello All,
Can you please help me with this?
I bought a Glaxy Ace 2 and noticed that it was running Android 2.3.6!!!
I checked for update via OTA and KIES and both showed none.
Is there any way to update it to JB while keeping both English and Arabic (Full Menu in Arabic not just character support) languages?
PDA: I8160JPLD6
Phone: I8160JPLD6
CSC: I8160OJPLD2
Phone is unlocked.

That's strange, I performed a check using Kies only yesterday with the same model of phone using 2.3.6, and it found a fireware update for JellyBean which installed successfully.

Weird!!! Maybe it depends on the country, where are you located?

You can check in here for the update in your country:

Or just keep on checking on kies.

Just be patient.
