Locked out of Galaxy Core Prime
My friend brought me her phone after she changed and forgot her pin. I've tried getting to "Forgot PIN" option but we're at 160 failed attempts and it hasn't shown the button yet. I've also tried using Device Manager and we can ring her phone and change the lock password but when we went back to the phone it was still prompting for the forgotten PIN. I'm not sure where to go now except a factory reset, which we'd like to avoid if possible. Any ideas?
