problem with the analog watch hands when using Watch Styler

I have made a bunch of watch faces using Watch Styler and I have noticed a problem with the hour hand. It is not accurate. When the watch says 6:45 for example, the hour hand remains closer to the 6 instead of being closer to the 7. it's only at 7 o'clock that it suddenly jumps over to the seven from a position close to the 6. Anyone else notice that?
