Why isn't my Samsung Note 10.1 connecting to Dell PC via SideSync?

Samsung Note 10.1 not connecting to Dell PC via SideSync

I have SideSync app on my Samsung phone, Samsung Note 10.1 and Dell Windows PC. The phone connects to SideSync on PC, however, the Note tablet will not connect to the app on the PC. I tried connecting both via wifi and USB.
What can I do to have PC connect to SideSync on Note tablet?
