Recommended Handsfree Bluetooth

What is everyones recommendation for a good handsfree bluetooth device to transmit my phone calls through my speakers with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

You don't need BT to send phone calls to the phones speaker. If you are talking about your vehicle speakers, many of the latest vehicles have BT capability built in and just require pairing the phone with the vehicle audio system. Alternatively, I have seen at Walmart a BT receiver with an audio-out port. Not sure if it has a mic for 2way comm. If you mean portable speakers, I use Emerson EBT1000, single driver with a passive driver for $10. If you don't mean these, then please be more specific in your purpose.

I have a new 2013 Dodge Caravan but I have the cheap model whereiit's not equipped with Bluetooth. I am wanting to be able to get in my car and use my stereo for making and receiving calls all through the stereo.
