Leather Sleeves - Help me decide

Hey Note 3'ers,

So I've decided I don't want a case for my phone. It's too beautiful without one, and it's big enough as it is. So, my solution is to get a leather sleeve. I'll keep the note 3 in the leather sleeve when I walk around, get in / out of my car, etc. When I get to my desk (at work or home), I'll just unsleeve it and have the note sit on the sleeve. That'll keep the back and camera lense nice and clean too.

Which of these two would you pick?

Top One has a tab you can pull, that "pushes" the phone out a little bit and makes it easier to remove.

Bottom One in my opinion, is nicer looking, but is just a sleeve. Does not have a tab to pull on

Thoughts?

I had a sleeve on my sprint Samsung Epic 4g for 26 months and it still looks brand new. Have a cheap plastic/rubber case around my note 3 for now until I make up my mind on what I really want.
