Browse My Files to upload attachments

I'm having an issue right now with uploading an attachment to a website from my (Verizon) Note 3.

I click the browse button, but my only options are:
Camera
Camcorder
Sound picker
Photos
Samsung Link
Choose music track
Gallery

I'm trying to get into My Files to grab a text document I need to upload. How on earth do I get there?

Try downloading ES File Explorer, and if you click on Samsung Link, what happens?
