Scrapbook doesn't open

Hi, I just got my note for 2 weeks and loving it. I'm using scrapbook a lot but suddenly when I open the app it says unfortunately scrapbook has ended. I can save things but thats it. Tried it several times, restarted the phone 2 times, took the battery in and out. It just says the same ? Does anyone know the problem?

Yes, i did the same thing as you and nothing... still haven't finded a solution...

Did you both do the software upgrade? I'm still running the old version (phone software) and it works fine.

Not that I know of. I know with the new update some people are having issues with their phone.

Tmobile gave me the update to 4.4 kitkat. PROBLEM RESOLVED FINALLY!!! My recommendation do not factory reset and wait for your upgrade

I too had same problem
Just go to the scrapbook app and delete all the file saved in it quickly
If not, try force closing the app
Or deleting the data from the DEVICE STORAGE>SCRAPBOOK (folder)

I already done that several times. But it won't work.
Also I have 4.3. still not 4.4 so I just did a factory reset (I seriously have no patient).

Sorry to hear that your still experiencing problems. I encountered the same problem a good while ago u have since rooted and flashed a few roms. Really trying to remember what I did that happened to cure that problem prior to me rooting and still being on 4.3.

I think I just cleared the cache and data within the App.

Or perhaps I ventured further but I promise I did get it working properly.

If I remember I will let you know
