What is the best way to migrate from Note 2 to Note 3?

What is the best way to migrate from Note 2 to Note 3?

- Are there migration tools?

- Would rather migrate from one device to the other NOT using the cloud.

- Migrating from device to PC, would be fine if necessary.

- The email, Contacts, Calendar, ToDo list, etc. can be redownloaded from the MS Exchange server

I have lots of other applications which can be redownloaded from Google Play but lots of data from these apps on Note 2.

Samsung has an app called smart switch u can download to both phones and use that along side of the computer program that it works with

Helium could work for your needs. It keeps app data

You can also use Samsung Kies. I've had good look with it in the past. Go to Samsung's website to download it for Windows or OSX.

What am I not doing/saving when I switch phone. I sign into my Google account and everything is there,, I sign into my email account, everything is there. My pics are on my sd card should I choose to keep them there on the switch. I usually delete, have them saved somewhere anyway.. Contacts are automatically there when I sign into Google.. So cool how easy Google has made it to switch phones.
