Do not see the 4k resolution(3840x2160) in my note3 camera video setting.

I did 4k recording from my note3 few days back. But suddenly I realize the option is no more in my note3. I upgraded the OS to kitkat and regularly check for updates. Im not sure if these happened because of those upgradation.

here is the screenshot that I currently see in my note3 camera video setting. Please help.

This is based on no research whatsoever...just a thought...does your phone have ample storage space for 4k recordings? Maybe there is a minimum limit where the system turns off the 4k option?

Thanks. 15GB from internal storage and 22 GB from SDcard is available.

Go into camera then settings and there should be a gear icon. Top the gear icon and scroll all the way down and hit reset. It will reset the camera settings and hopefully it will show the 4k recording symbol.

That's still weird if you had it before. How about moving any 4k video off device and card.

If factory reset doesn't fix it then I wonder if it is hardware issue? If you do a factory reset take out the SD card (if you have one) when trying to check for 4k again.
