My note 3 phone is all magenta and blue colors on everything how do I get it back you default?

I took it off the charger and it was like that. Every thing has a cobalt blue and magenta tent to it or is those colors.

Might be the phone is using "Negative colors". Go into Settings > Accesibility > Vision and see if Negative Colors is checked. If it is, uncheck it.
