I was wondering. When I go to the gym I keep my note 4 in the car (becouse it could easily fall out of my pocket) at the moment it's freezing here.. Is that bad for the phone that it stays in my really cold car for about an hour everyday?

I don't think so. Think of runners and outside workers. Their phones are probably outside longer. Mine has also been in the car for hours below freezing and no problems. They are built to pretty high specs.
Good Luck!

When I use my Note that has been in my jacket pocket after several hours of skiing on a cold (-20C) day...it works fine.
