Why wont my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 update to lollipop

So, lollipop is out and my brother and boyfriend have both updated their note 4 to lollipop but mine always says that it has the latest software update already (mine is 4.4.4). I have also tried updating via kies but it says the same thing. The only updates I am getting is for the Samsung Link.
My phone is unlocked not sure it makes any difference and my brothers phone is unlocked too.

Welcome to Android Central.

Updates occur at different times, depending on the IMEI number. Yours will come in due course.
