Nova can't secure phone?

Can we not use the secured features when using Nova? If doesn't allow me to use pass lock nor finger print scanner.

I agree..my Nova Prime works like a charm. Also using gear watch and Nova Prime locks just fine.

So weird. I'll set it up and it doesn't work, I can reset the phone and it will work, but as soon as I lock the screen again, nothing. I don't know...

I think that Nova has nothing to do with that. Third party launcher don't have control over the lock screen, just your home screens and app drawer. Do you have any antivirus or lock screen app installed in your phone? Check what's listed under device administrators in your security settings.

It looks like I just have Android Device Manager on...

don’t know what’s causing the issue.

I turn my phone off and it will prompt me for passcode or fingerprint and next time I lock the phone it doesn’t ask.

Does it work if you switch back to Touchwiz? Have you set any trusted device or enabled any other option under Smart lock? Check this other thread. Some members reporting a similar issue.
