Can't pair LG G Watch with Android Wear

So I got my new note 5 and it is pretty awesome. 1 issue I am having is I can't pair my LG G Watch to it with android wear. It will pair to the phone without the android wear but when I try to connect it with the android wear does not connect. I tried setting the watch to factory defaults bit did not work. Anyone have any suggestions?

It just says it can't find watch, again this is from android wear. The phone finds the watch and pairs if I don't install android wear, but the aw is needed to run the apps (I believe, that was how it was on the sony).

Mine pairs fine. I usually have to do a factory reset on the watch and initiate the connection through the android wear app. I don't know what else to say if that doesn't work.

Do you have android wear installed before you try to pair?

Try to unpair it on Bluetooth. Then reset the watch and see if Android Wear picks it up.
