Why can't I install Google Play?

can't install google play

Hi! i bought chinese note 5 SM-N9200 Dual sim. tried to root device and nothing works. i need google and all it's applications very much. please, help!

China blocks the Google play store,so Chinese versions won't have it.if you are not in China you can return it and buy a version that supports the play store
