Bluetooth suddenly won't stay on

I've had the Note 5 since December 2015. All of a sudden yesterday my Bluetooth won't stay on. I enable it, and then 5-30 seconds later it just turns itself off. To get it to stay on, I have to boot into recovery mode and wipe cache. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have a fix?

I have the T-Mobile version if that matters.

You wipe cache and it work, but then does the problem come back soon after? Any recent system updates?

Yes, it happens again after I wipe cache. For example, if I wipe cache, reboot, and connect my headphones, then afterwards get into my car and try to connect, when I toggle Bluetooth on, it sets itself back into the off position. So I have to turn off, boot into recovery, clear cache again, etc.

Only update was the January security update.

It's possible the update is conflicting with some 3rd party app you previously installed. Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27639
