Advanced Exchange Through Sprint???

I called sprint customer service today and spoke with Marcus. I already got my conformation email and my replacement will be 7 to 14 business days. Im not worried i guess i spoke to a good representative.

I just the corporate store and tried to get a blue coral and it said the phones were already attached to someone's account and there they couldn't be sold

Is that because it's on hold for someone?

Well because the AET is slow I stopped by 2 corporate stores at opening and neither has stock, one said maby today at 2:30 not going to waste my time with that, so back to waiting.

Finally was able to get my note 7 blue coral from a corporate store in metro Atlanta GA. I already called and cancelled the advanced exchange.

I also have the green battery.
