problem with default browser and mobile YouTube site in note 10.1

Hi guys .since a couple of hours ago whenever I go to fullscreen mode on youtube mobile site(not the app), whenever the screen expands and the bottom bar goes down it immediatly pops back up and then goes down again when th screen expands but then pops back up again. This automatically happens ad infinitum. Suggestions as to how to solve this please. Thanks in advance

Try soft rebooting the device (hold down power until you getthe popup that allows you to select restart). Also, you might have muchbetter luck posting your question in the Note 10.1 subforum which is under Samsung Tablets vice the Samsung Phones forum. Good luck.
