Note 10.1 headset/microphone question

I attempted to join someone the other day on a WebEx meeting. I was able to get in there, get the video portion going and all of that. The only thing that would not work was the microphone. When I touched the mic to turn it on a message came up stating I needed to plug in a head set. Of course the only headset I had did not have a microphone. So I have two questions. 1- Is there a way to get the internal microphone to work in situation such as the one I described? If so...how? 2-When I went to Office Depot they told me there were none that would work. Is this correct? If not correct can someone recommend a headset with microphone? Many thanks! By the way is there a forum here for the Note 10? I didn't see one.

Probably under samsung tablet section. They put the note 8.0 under phones because it is also a phone anywhere but the US. I would try the tablet section.
