SD Card problem

I have had my SR for about a month. Somehow my Home Directory got set to the folder named SD card at the very beginning. I just bought an SD card today and installed it. Now I seem to be having problems getting all my files where I want them because of the Home directory being called "SD card" and the actual SD card. I hope this makes sense.

Am I just going to have to do a hard reset and start over or is there some way to rename or move the files where I want them?

If I have to start over will I be able to get the apps I paid money for without any problems?

I know this should be obvious but I'm new to the android and am still learning.

yes...go to the play store, hit menu, my apps, all, and it will give you all your apps...from there, choose what to do...either install or not.

I haven't had to try it yet myself, but Android is supposed to backup some system settings and application data, depending on app developer support. Just make sure you have the box checked.
Settings>privacy>backup my data
