Every Time I charge My Phone

This just began a few weeks ago. Every time I charge my phone, one of two things occur. When its done charging either the locked screen is actually locked and won't do anything, for about I'd say 10-15 seconds, then its fine, or(and this just happened) the screen stays completely dark for 10-15 seconds then comes back like everything is fine & dandy. WTH???? I mean as long as it comes back I'm glad, but has anyone else had an issue like this. Its like charging my phone stalls everything after the fact for 10-15 seconds. Other then this the phone is great. Could it be the port?

Have you changed the charger recently? There are issues if you do not use a OEM charger or identical specd charger. They are not all alike
