Okay, so my friend asked me to try fix his phone,(Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini GT-i8190) coz I know a bit of how to flash roms. He said that he was just charging then it suddenly won't turn on. He paid some guy he knew, and then it just suddenly went on a boot loop.
So, the first thing I did, was try going to recovery mode, but it cant! The loading android, that indicates that you'll be directed to recovery mode, shows up a bit, then boot loops again! It can go to download mode, if that'll help. I don't know much about these things. So please help!
