transferring apps and data from rooted charge

how do I transfer my apps, data, photos, etc from a rooted charge to my unrooted GS3?

You should probably just clean install your apps on the new device given they are 2 completely different devices and you will probably experience force closes and poor performance (through my experiences I've known this to be true).

If you insist on trying than you'll have to root your GSIII & buy Titanium Backup, with your Charge backup your apps + data to your microSD, pop it into your rooted GSIII, download TiBU on there, restore 'missing apps' (you'll probably have to find the directory given the GSIII defaults to the internal SD), reboot, and cross your fingers.
