How to unpair a bluetooth headset from a dead Samsung Galaxy S3

My S3 charging port is broken (busted pin) and the battery died. I have a new S5 but I need to unpair my Bluetooth headset from the dead S3 in order to pair it to the working S5. Any way I can do this without manually unpairing it from the S3?

What kind of Bluetooth headset is it? You should just be able to pair the headset with the new phone. You shouldn't have to unpair.
