Keeps Scrolling Up

Hi!

I am having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S3. I recently changed the battery and it started acting up. It was constantly scrolling up in Facebook and on Chrome. I backed it up and did a factory reset but it didn't work. The motion feature is disabled. I don't really know what else to try. Anyone know what else I can try?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try a different battery? I'm not sure if this is possible, but if the battery is defective and somehow generating a strong electromagnetic field, that could affect the touchscreen and cause phantom touches.
