How Can I Get Past the Boot Screen On The Galaxy S3 SGH T999 After Installing a Faulty ROM?

I installed a rom that my friend sent me telling me it was for the S3 for the SGH-T999 and I ended up installing it with CWM. It ended up booting up and getting stuck on the boot screen. I tried restoring it but it didn't help, anyone have an idea? Also my device ended up coincidentally having a problem with the whole computer noticing that the phone is plugged in so I had to start it up and turn it to Camera Device then back to Media Device. In which case I can't do that so right now my computer notices it as MSM880 or something like that. I tried ADB or Kies and it didn't work. They both just said that the device wasn't supported.
