Default Opening a file in email.

Why is it that everytime i open a pdf file or any other attachment file on email it automatically saves it on the device? I just want to open the file to look at it not to save it. I know there is an option to save the file but i am not selecting that. Just opening it to view.
Any way to change this and not to save the file?
