Hi all if your thinking why my S4 is NOT faster than my mates Nexus 4 easy cos he has stock Google android and his phones ui free OK cut to the chase do 2 things.....
1. GOTO s voice then settings then turn of via home key uncheck this.
2. GOTO settings look for developer options if you can't see it go here about device hit the build n mber 5 times then you will get see the developer options scroll down to windows animation scale turn it off that's it now your phone has entered the twilight ZONE it will be even faster when you open and close apps and windows enjoy.....
