Android Device Manager problem

On my laptop, using IE 10 on Windows 7 64bit, Android Device Manager used to be able to locate my S4, but now it can't. Firefox 29.0.1 on the same laptop has no problem. IE doesn't even say "Contacting your device", it just shows a map of the US and says last online 2 days ago. I tried clearing my cookies and that didn't help any. Anyone have any idea what may have changed on my IE?

Have you tried another browser? Chrome is behaving.

Mine has done the same thing since the Windows 8.1 update. Works fine on my PC at work running Windows 7 and IE 10. Sorry can't help you fix the issue but your not alone.
