"Samsung Security Reports" - legit or not?

I just updated to Android 4.4.4 on my S4 within the last 4 days or so. Since then, I've been getting a notification for a Security Report that says, "Help Samsung identify threats to your security by allowing your device to send device information and security report in encrypted form. Allow your device to send all security reports automatically by accepting the terms and conditions on the next screen. Security reports will be sent to Samsung automatically via Wi-Fi." At the bottom of this message, there are two buttons, "cancel" and "Learn More".

Something seems off by the message but I'm not technologically savvy enough to know what to check. Is this a legitimate thing or have I acquired malware? I am on AT&T, and my device came with Lookout Security pre-installed so I use it, but I know no virus checker is ever 100%.

I'm glad you asked the question, because I got a Galaxy S5 on Verizon and I have the same thing and the same question...so it has been a month and no input yet?

It seems legit to me, but likewise, I'm not super savvy about this stuff.
