Galaxy S4 doesn't recognize decrypt passcode after lollipop update
Dears all,
I have a corporate Galaxy S4 with MobileIron mobile(at)work installed on it.
After the lollipop update I've been asked to change the encryption passcode, then, upon my device switch off and switch on, the device doesn't recognize neither the old passcode nor the new one.
After contacting my IT department (not local) they said this is a well known lollipop bug, and the only solution would be the hard / factory reset, but I will lost all my no backup data (my fault... last back up on Febraury).
Do you know if there is any solution to:
1) Not having to reset the device
or
2) Don't lose any data (especially phone numbers and docs)
