Can I get some help rooting my S4?

Problem rooting my s4 plss helpp

Hey guys im using kingo root while loading after 2 hours the program on my pc stopped working and crached while rooting my phone. My phone still work(the os boot and stuff) but the apps stop working and half of them dont appear. Pleassseee help

I supposedly remove the root (if it installs an SU app) and re-root it again. But if you root, you will NOT recieve ANY update and can't flash roms, even using Odin, because of the KNOX bootloader. Idk if the Kingo root roots the phone without tripping the KNOX counter.
