I have a Galaxy S4 that locks up on startup and will not go past the Rotating AT&T logo
I have two Galaxy S4 units that were wiped but now will not startup past the AT&T globe. They seem to be locked in startup mode. I am trying to figure out what the problem is as I have tried to wipe and reload but all explanations on the internet for re-loading the operating system require me to access the phone directly and that is not possible. I would be interested in any suggestions?
