Verizon unlimited data

Has everyone heard about the new unlimited offer from Verizon. I've had the prior unlimited data from before 2011. I'm wondering how it will effect me. The new plan for all unlimited talk, text and data for $80 is less than I pay now for 900 minutes.

You will have to ask to be moved from your current plan to the new UDP.
As of now the grandfathered UDP will continue as is.

This is untrue.

You will be de-prioritized (or throttled, however you want to word it) if you've gone over 22GB and connected to a "congested" tower.
