wireless charging

I have bought one of the charging kits off eBay and it does work fine but I have noticed my phone gets really warm.
Is this normal as I don't want to cause any damage to the battery with it getting warm.
This is the first time I have ever used this method of charging so I need some advice.

Actually bought the official charging back from Samsung and it's like night and day Compared to the one I got off eBay, very little heat generated so I am much happier with this one.
