I have never seen HSPA noted as being used on my phone.

1x, 2g, 3g, 4g yes, but not H.

Where are you located? I am very curious.
Who is your carrier ISP?

I'm in Oklahoma, USA and get 3g and 4g most of the time until I travel out into the rural areas which I do a lot on my job.

At my home, with 4g I get a bit better than you, but not near as good as some folks can who live in very heavily packed metro areas. Like Houston or New York City.

That's because Verizon doesn't have a HSPA network. At&t and T-Mobile in the states do.

Living in Iran! HSPA is between 3G and 4G. Or 3.75g as the operator said. It's the first operator that is providing 3.75 g in Iran. And it won't support speed higher than 1 mbps. Because of the limitation on mobile operators.

It's the GSM carriers usually such as AT&T and T-Moblie (the H)... Some show it that way and some just show it as 4G like the screenshot I have below.
