I recently switched from an iphone 4 to the galaxy s5 and am unable to use some of my apps. Eg I can't login to my internet banking and istagram. I was told it had something to do with my apple ID. What do I do?

Sorry you're having problems. If it were me I would just reset my Instagram password using the app. It will have a forgot password thing under the login box.

For the banking app, I would just call my bank. Sorry I couldn't help you more. Neither problem should have anything to do with your Apple ID though.
