Changing lock screen wallpaper

I have to use a PIN for security from work. Does that prevent my changing the Lock screen wallpaper? When I try and change it, only the page that appears AFTER I put in the PIN shows the new wallpaper. Or is there someway to change the screen that requires my PIN, so I'm not stuck with that multicolored pattern? Again, changing "lock screen" wallpaper is not doing it. Thanks.

Okay, I figured it out. You don't press the wall paper at the bottom to finalize it, you have to press the set wallpaper at the top of the page. DUH!
