Can I get some help with a wakelock issue I am having with my Galaxy S5?

Galaxy S5 wakelock issue

My s5 is suffering extreme wakelock issues. The awake bar is almost completely solid after 12 hours. I had to recharge it because it drains so fast within the 12 hours. Help? I'm rooted and I've tried wakelock terminator but it doesn't seem to work.

I use wakelock detector to identify wakelocks and Amplify Battery Extender (Xposed module) to limit specific wakelocks.
