Samsung S5 phone rings through Fritzapp, but can not answer

I have a Fritzbox 7390, and I have tried to use Fritzapp fon app so that when a call comes on land line, the mobile Samsung S5 would also ring. It does, but I can not answer the call, and have to use land line to answer it. Grateful for a response.
