Why does my S5 have a white and black screen?

s5 white and black screen

WHILE updating to android 5.0 my s5 starting getting problem,... when I turn on it, comes with a white screen and after it lock it became black and remain like that however everything works call. Watapps sound, etc. , help please

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried rebooting? If the screen remains black, it may have failed.
