My s5 has no finger print option it offers back up password that i also forgot

My samsung galaxy s5 is not giving me option to put finger print anymore. Its demanding an alternative password that i also forgot how i can use again my finger print or access my phone

Log in to Android Device Manager on another device using your Google account and change your device security settings from there.
