Push Notification problem

Hey.. So im having a problem with the notifications in the device.. In Most apps i install (like "goal live scores") im not getting their notifications.. although its enabled in the app.. Not all the apps.. Facebook is working fine.. Twitter is not letting me enable the notifications,, when i do,, it keep saying "enabling"

.. whatsapp messeges are delayed.. viber is not working on the background..

If you do have this problem.. Please let me know

Are there any preinstalled apps that aren't giving notifications? If so, try Safe Mode, to see if a 3rd party app is causing the problem: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21007

Nope.. But i discovered something.. It seems like the apps which are available and allowed to use in the safe mode.. thier push notification is working fine.. But the notification of disabled apps are not working.. just like twitter..

So you're saying that only 3rd party apps are the ones the are prone to this problem?

It would be interesting to see what happens if you uninstall all of the apps that are problematic, then reinstall just one of them and see if it still happens. I wonder if some app you installed is interfering with all of the others.

Well i guess.. I will try it.. If it didnt work.. I will go to a factory reset and see what will happen
