Why won't my Samsung S6 stop restarting after update?

my samsung s6 won't stop restarting after update

hello,
so I decided to update my samsung s6 after the update thing had reminded me three times. But it won't stop going from the samsung screen, to the AT&T scree, to the optimizing apps screen, and loading maybe 12/65 apps, and then going black, and then back to the samsung screen. I don't know what to do, because it's been doing this over and over again for more than 5 minutes. Please help me because samsung has been annoying me very badly with this phone and all of it's glitches..

Try going into recovery by shutting off the phone then press and hold the power button, volume up, and home button at the same time. When you see recovery booting, let go and then navigate the menu with the volume buttons, then select wipe cache by hitting the power button when selected. Reboot, and hopefully it works.
